ICHIBAN DASHI PALE ALE
An American Pale Ale that has beed added dashi made from Kombu seaweed and Katsoubushi fish. Non vegan.
Red-brown in color with added cardemomme, liquerice and tart cherries.
A black lager.
Berliner Weisse with raspberries.
HUNGRY GHOST MOON
A rye ale with mugwort. Brewed on the 7th full moon of the year.
A rice beer with chaga and birch branches.
A pilsner with blood oranges.
India Pale Ale with Hüll Institute Melon hops.
RUG PALE ALE
Fruity and spicy rye pale ale.
An ale with birch smoked wheat malt that has roots back to the enlightment era in the Preussen empire.
A belgian dubbel made in collaboration with Pfft... brewing.
Our saison is an easy going belgian beer.
India Pale Ale.
BIERE DE GARDE
A central European style beer with influences from Belgium, France and Germany.
A light and drinkable German wheat beer.
This horse brown ale is inspired by one of the most winning track horses of all time, namely Alcohol.
This is a light alcohol beer with only 3,5 %. but with a full body and delicate bitterness.
A fresh and citrusy hopped kølsch that tries to capture the floral pollen of the spring.
A round and mellow kølsch with notes of apple and honey.
A dark kølsch.
Milk stout with coconut made in collaboration with Little Brother Brewery.
With a good amount of dark malts with orange peel, this beer tastes like a dark chocolate with orange.
Brewed with British malts and hops, this beer has a soft and flowery character.
Our Mexican lager with 20 % corn.
A Vienna lager that is a bit less dry than it's cusin pilsner.
